HYBRID Workshop STRUCTURE

Workshop Objectives
The primary objective of the the Resilience Bootcamp is to equip school staff with the essential knowledge, skills, and strategies to effectively enhance their resilience across six critical domains: Vision, Composure, Reasoning, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Health.
Participants will learn how to cultivate a resilient mindset, manage stress and emotions, set and achieve meaningful goals, improve relationships, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. About the Presenter
Stuart McKenzie – Registered Psychologist, Educator, Consultant
Stuart is the owner and director of RSO Consulting (Resilient, Safe, Organisations). He consults to schools regarding Psychosocial Hazard Management, connected resilience and psychologicall safety. RSO delivers a range of workshops and training to schools and individual staff members.
In his past life, Stuart has worked for the Department of Education for 27 years most recently as a Lead School Psychologist for the past 12 years. Prior to this he has had various roles as Psychologist in Charge (SPER Centres), School Psychologist, Behaviour Consultant and Teacher. Over the past 3 years Stuart has worked with over 100 Veterans and current serving members of the ADF with a focus on Resilience, Post Traumatic Growth, Strengths, Values and Wellbeing.
He has a well developed expertise in Truama, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and Stress Management. His passion is supporting schools in organisational culture development and working with individuals to change life trajectories.
